Refund Policy

1. Overview

Citevra is a subscription software service for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for all transactions. This policy explains our position on refunds. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

2. All sales are final

Subscription payments — both your initial payment and all automatic renewals — are non-refundable. Because you can try Citevra with a free AI Visibility Audit before subscribing, we do not offer refunds for subscription charges once they are processed.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.

4. Free audit

The free AI Visibility Audit is provided at no cost, so there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to use it to evaluate the product before subscribing.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. In addition, as our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge, billing error, or confirmed fraudulent transaction.
